Welcome to Dream-Ease™, operated by Haz Ventures BV (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.dream-ease.com and the purchase of products offered on it.
By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all online purchases, pre-orders, subscriptions, and interactions made through dream-ease.com.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure all product information, images, and prices are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order before shipping.

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue or update products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our secure payment methods:
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL.

All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed by trusted providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal etc.).

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
This does not constitute final acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel or refund orders due to:

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud

  • Stock errors

  • Incorrect pricing or technical malfunction

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free EU shipping on all orders.
International delivery times vary by country (usually 2–7 business days).

Dream-Ease™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge reshipping fees.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at support@dream-ease.com.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g. opened patches) may not be eligible for return.

8. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • Damage from accidents or unauthorized modifications

For warranty claims, email support@dream-ease.com with your order number, issue description, and photos if applicable.

9. Subscription Terms (if applicable)

When you subscribe to recurring deliveries (e.g. monthly Sleep Patches), your chosen payment method will be automatically charged per cycle.
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime via your customer account or by contacting support@dream-ease.com.

Subscription discounts apply only while active and may change with prior notice.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Dream-Ease™ reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, and design — is the property of Dream-Ease™ or its licensors.
Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Liability

Dream-Ease™ is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products contrary to instructions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivity issues (we recommend patch-testing)

Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the product.

13. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our site, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Leuven, Belgium, without prejudice to your consumer rights under EU law.
